Senior Provincial Professional Development Officer

Designed and roll out the monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure regular data collection, quality assurance, and reporting, also delivered complete analytical support in promoting the capacity building of staff, partner organizations, and stakeholders. Key Accomplishments: 4 Facilitated the process of Monitoring, evaluating and assessing progress of implementation of reading interventions in the region / province and suggest remedial measures for effective implementation of Urdu reading program. 4 Conducted detailed training workshops and other professional development activities for regional / provincial staff; also steered efforts towards liaising with cooperating government and private institutions for implementation of activities. 4 Identified technical and operational needs and communicate them to the PPD, also supported Provincial Professional Development Coordinator (PPDC) in preparing annual regional office work plans, budgets, cash requirement and forecast. 4 Contributed both qualitative & quantitative reporting; adhered to project work plans and performance management plans; also conducted field visits to district offices to provide support in implementation and monitoring of project activities.
