Provincial Training Coordinator

Merged Area Governance Project, UNDP Pakistan. Currently implementing capacity building project, developing training curriculum, coordinating with various government departments including Law Enforcement Agencies, providing technical support to the supply chain officers to impart trainings. Conducted orientation workshops for Assistant and District Training Coordinators at Provincial level, Trained around 36,000 Presiding Officer, PrOs and Sr.APOs and trained 109525 Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers in KP-FATA.

Developed material and conducted 681 trainings for 79996 Polling personnel in Balochistan. Conducted Capacity Building Trainings for ECP Staff Grade 8-16 and trained 378 Staff. Conducted training workshops for DROs, ROs, and AROs of Local Government Elections in Balochistan 2013. Conducted Trainings for Youth, and District Voter Education Committees throughout Balochistan. Worked as a long-term election observer during and after the General elections 2013, Local Government Elections, and in Senate Elections.

Headed Human Development Support Units of District Kalat, Mastung and Khuzdar in Balochistan, Supervised and promoted School Health Programme in Balochistan. Achieved MDGs target for 120 Adult Literacy Centres, non-formal education in Government Education Program. Opened 74 Feeder Schools including baseline survey and community mobilization. 1800 Learners graduated from 120 Adult Literacy Centres. Trained 90 Literacy Teachers, 74 Feeder Teachers, 17 Markaz Coordinators.

Completed 2700 trainings of Polling staff, 95% completion of activities and funds utilized. Provided of 1.5 million party agents handbooks for the party agents trainings. Voter Education Campaign through CSOs and also extensive mass media campaign. Facilitated observer missions including European Union Observer Mission & Democracy International. Election administration and/or democratic governance and also worked as an election observer during and after the General elections 2008, Local Government Elections, and in Senate Elections.
