About Me

I am a social science expert with a consistent track record of success in achieving a broad range of goals throughout my career, which brings a positive change in the management of any organization. I have also secured few online certifications/diplomas in the field of Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Systems, Communication Skills and Time Management.

Around twelve years of experience in leadership roles within complex projects, supervising diverse teams and managing challenging assignments within national and international organizations. I worked with diverse and well reputed National & International organizations.

Currently, I am working as Compliance Monitoring & Evaluation Expert at Mott MacDonald Pakistan in Islamabad office for two projects including “Warsak Community Development Project at Peshawar” and “Attendance Compliance Monitoring of Waseela-e-Taleem of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)” in partnership with the School Education Department of the Govt. of Punjab to ensure quality data collection using Android Application. Previously, I worked as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Department of the Govt. of Punjab to ensure effective and smooth implementation, monitoring and reporting of a five years “World Bank funded Punjab Cities Governance Improvement Project (PCGIP)”. At this role, I was engaged in designing and implementing the M&E Plan and Data Collection Plan on number of predefined disbursement linked indicators (DLIs) by maintaining close coordination with key officials of the City District Government, Water and Sanitation Agency and Municipal Corporation Faisalabad. I was responsible for conducting the project review meetings and learning events. Further, I was responsible to ensure compliance of all the project activities with guidelines provided by the line manager and the project manager.

Earlier, I worked with the ICF-GHK Consulting as Independent Case Officer-M&E to conduct process evaluation of Benazir Income Support Program by conducting individual interviews of the BISP officials and the beneficiaries, across province Punjab.

I remained part of Punjab Rural Support Program as Social Organizer for the mobilization of rural people of district Faisalabad and formation of Community Organizations (COs), disbursement and recovery of Microfinance, Physical Infrastructure, Technical and Vocational Trainings etc.

I remained focal person for “Grievance Redressal System” of the City District Government, Water and Sanitation Agency and Municipal Corporation Faisalabad. I was also a focal person and Master Trainer on “Punjab Right to Information Act 2013” at DCO Office Faisalabad.

My individual and team development skills are noteworthy throughout entire professional career including project implementation, training background community mobilization; monitoring and evaluating performance manage overall teams, communication and interpersonal skills etc. I use a hands-on, supportive approach that leads to improve performance.
